Compatible modem drivers for XP Professional
I went to their web site and I can not find a list of os/2 drivers so I can choose the correct modem. I also went to the IBM fixpack site and the there is almost nothing. HELP PCI MODEM DRIVERS!
Dell does not have a newer modem driver on their site since the v90 flash from 1999. I pulled the modem and it has markings on it saying "Sportster Model #0484". So I go to the Robotics site. Make sure you have an otherwise unused serial port on which to install. The method for installing drivers depends on the type of modem.

Modem Driver
Anyway can't you use a generic modem "driver"? What chipset does the modem use? If it's Rockwell, there are a couple of Rockwell INF files that come with windows. Anyway modem drivers are basically only init strings that you can change yourself. ;) It is a WinModem using PCTel chipset as far as I know. Gaaah!
