Windows 98 Second Edition doesn't recognize the driver install info on the CD-ROM that came with the cable modem. No they are not. But if you look, it doesn't say that enhanced modem driver is for NT4.0. It's under the "notebook driver" section at the last. You're right, on the main page it just lists the Enhanced Modem Driver under "Notebook Drivers." If you click on the driver, the next page clearly states Windows NT 4.0
